Unit 7

Unit 7 is a novice act experimenting in the synthpop, industrial, darkwave and alternative genres while delivering the sound of early 90s. The project is highly influenced by artists like Depeche Mode, Nine Inch Nails, Front Line Assembly and others. Unit 7’s sound, produced using synthesizers, samplers and guitar, can be described as dark, aggressive and a little bit neurotic. The band was unintentionally initiated in late 2017 as a result of jamming with a Midi controller. The same year, tracks were played on Arizona’s KWSS Radio NightWave show and, in 2018, the German underground music magazine NachtPlan published a short review of Unit 7’s music.
